Horse Force Ingredients: What Is Inside Each Capsule
Quick answer
Horse Force lists one Test Boost Proprietary Blend of 1,200 mg per 2-capsule serving. It holds horny goat weed, tongkat ali, saw palmetto, nettle root, wild yam, sarsaparilla, orchic substance and boron chelate. The label does not give the amount of each one. Tongkat ali has the most human research of the eight.
What is in Horse Force at a glance?
Horse Force has one blend and seven other ingredients. The blend is called the Test Boost Proprietary Blend and weighs 1,200 mg per serving of 2 capsules.
That means each capsule carries about 600 mg of blend. The label shows the total but not the split between the eight items.
- 1,200 mgblend per 2-capsule serving
- 8blend ingredients
- 0individual amounts shown
- 60capsules per bottle

How the list is ordered
Supplement rules ask makers to list blend items from most to least by weight. So horny goat weed should be the largest share and boron the smallest.
That order is the only clue to the mix. It does not tell you real amounts, only rank.
What does each Horse Force ingredient do?
Here is each blend item in label order. We say what it is, what research shows, and what the label does not tell you.
Claims come from the label or sales page. Research notes come from public health sources.
1. Horny goat weed extract (Epimedium sagittatum, leaf)
Horny goat weed is a leafy herb from Chinese folk use. Its best-known compound is icariin. Most icariin research comes from cell and animal work, so human data is thin.
2. Tongkat ali powder (Eurycoma longifolia Jack, root)
Tongkat ali is a root from Southeast Asia. It has the most research of any item in this blend. A 2022 review of clinical trials found it may raise total testosterone in men (Leisegang et al., 2022).
3. Saw palmetto extract (Serenoa repens, fruit)
Saw palmetto comes from the berries of a small palm. It is mostly studied for urinary symptoms linked to an enlarged prostate. Large trials found little or no benefit for those symptoms (NCCIH, 2025).
4. Nettle extract (Urtica dioica L., root)
This is the root of stinging nettle, not the leaf. Folk use links the root to prostate and urinary comfort. Human research is small and mixed.
5. Wild yam extract (Dioscorea opposita, root)
Wild yam root contains plant compounds such as diosgenin. Labs can turn diosgenin into hormones, but the human body cannot do that step.
6. Sarsaparilla (Smilax glabra Roxb., root)
Sarsaparilla is a climbing vine. Its root was once sold as a tonic and used to flavor old-style root beer.
7. Orchic substance (animal testicular tissue)
Orchic substance is dried gland tissue from an animal. Old glandular products were based on the idea that like supports like. That idea has little science behind it.
8. Boron amino acid chelate (mineral)
Boron is a trace mineral found in fruit, nuts and beans. Most adults get about 1 to 1.5 mg a day from food. The adult upper limit is 20 mg a day (NIH ODS).
How can I compare the eight ingredients quickly?
Use the tabs to flip between ingredients. Each tab shows the plant or source and a one-line summary.

What does the Inside Horse Force graphic show?

The sales graphic names some blend items with pictures. It is a quick visual, not a full label.
When the graphic and the bottle differ, trust the bottle. The Supplement Facts panel is the legal record of what is in the capsule.
- Check the bottle panel for the full list of eight
- Read the other ingredients line for the capsule type
- Look for the lot and expiry print on the side
What are the other ingredients in Horse Force?
The other ingredients help make and fill the capsule. They are common in supplements.
- Calcium carbonate
- microcrystalline cellulose
- sodium starch glycolate
- stearic acid
- magnesium stearate
- silicon dioxide
- gelatin capsule
Calcium carbonate and microcrystalline cellulose add bulk. Sodium starch glycolate helps the capsule break apart. Stearic acid, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide keep the powder from sticking to machines.
The shell is gelatin. Together with orchic substance, that rules out vegetarian and vegan diets. See the full panel on the Supplement Facts page.
What does the Horse Force label leave out?
A few details you might want are not on the bottle. Here is what is missing and why it matters.
- The amount of each blend item
- The animal source of the orchic substance
- An allergen statement
- A distributor address
- Any study of the finished formula
Because amounts are hidden, you cannot compare doses with studies. Talk to a doctor first if you take medicine or have a hormone, prostate or heart condition. Read how the blend is meant to work on our how it works page.
Ingredients: common questions about Horse Force
What are the main ingredients in Horse Force?
The label lists eight: horny goat weed, tongkat ali, saw palmetto, nettle root, wild yam, sarsaparilla, orchic substance and boron amino acid chelate. All eight sit inside one 1,200 mg blend.
How much tongkat ali is in Horse Force?
The amount is not published. The label shows only the 1,200 mg total for the whole blend, so the tongkat ali share is unknown.
Is Horse Force vegetarian?
No. The capsule shell is gelatin and the blend contains orchic substance, which is animal gland tissue.
Does Horse Force contain testosterone?
No. It is a dietary supplement with herbs, a mineral and animal gland tissue. It does not list testosterone or any hormone drug.
Does wild yam turn into testosterone?
No. Labs can make hormones from a compound in wild yam, but the human body cannot make that change.
What is a proprietary blend?
It is a mix of ingredients listed under one total weight. The maker must list the items in order but does not have to show how much of each is used.
Are there fillers in Horse Force?
The other ingredients are calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, gelatin capsule. These help the powder flow and fill the capsule.
